everyones a hustler in life, either racing full speed blinded at times by the need to obtain that wich has been set in ones mind, a perspective a diferente look, taste or feeling.. try not to speed ahead because sometime you may miss the crossroad, missleading roadsigns as you carve up the highway..

feel illuded and misguided from your own actions, do you think from the heart? or simply just use your head.. whats the best solution? a mind wrestle with yourself and a struggle to keep straight..

confusion sets as quick as concrete.. give it time and you will see what will arise..

mind blurs visionas you seek some kind of resolution.. what is just, what is richous..

at times i envey a stupid man for they do not feel or see the full weight of the conscience and therefore find themselves more at ease with ones self state of mind..

here he comes to save the day

O acto heróico aconteceu na noite desta sexta-feira, quando o humorista, apercebendo-se de um vulto nas águas e dos pedidos de socorro, se lançou à corrente. Nadou cerca de cem metros e encontrou quase inanimado o homem, que se lançara desde o tabuleiro inferior da ponte de D. Luís.

O humorista estava rodar um DVD promocional na Ribeira de Gaia quando ouviu o estrondo do que imediatamente identificou como o de um corpo a cair à água. "Conheço bem o rio e aquele som. Pensei que era algum miúdo. Também eu, quando era rapaz, me atirava muitas vezes ao rio para ir apanhar as moedas dos turistas. Mas logo vi que que o caso era mais grave. Quando ouvi os gritos de socorro, nem pensei duas vezes. Fui a correr, fui-me despindo pelo caminho e atirei-me ao rio", contou Fernando Rocha ao JN.

Depois de percorrer cerca de cem metros a nado, apanhou o homem e a agarrou-se a um barco rabelo. Foi então que o cunhado do humorista, Rogério Macedo, também a nado, ajudou a completar o resgate, já na companhia de um transeunte.

Pouco depois, já com o homem na margem de Gaia, chegou o INEM, que prestou os primeiros socorros ao homem, cuja identidade não era conhecida. "Só sabemos que tem 29 anos", disse fonte dos Sapadores de Gaia. Deu entrada no Hospital Santos Silva cerca das 23 horas. "Estava estabilizado", disse a mesma fonte dos bombeiros.

22 anos á espera da morte

O Norte Americano Paul House, acusado de assassinato, actualmente doente de esclerose múltipla, viu a mais alta instância jurídica do país de Obama decidir, ha três anos, que novas provas de ADN determinavam a reabertura do seu caso. Passou 22 anos no corredor da morte. Os seus recursos anteriores tinham sido rejeitado pelo Supremo Tribunal Estadual do Tenessee e pelo Tribunal de Recursos de Cincinnati. Terça Feira, um procurador local que seguira a decisão judicial de repetir o julgamento, retirou todas as acusações. O acusado doente numa cadeira de rodas pode agora passar o resto de vida em liberdade, tudo porque uma nova bateria de testes ADN feitos em quatro provas retiradas da cena do crime - apontaram em conjunto para um suspeito desconhecido. Incluindo cabelos e material genético recolhido debaixo das unhas da vitima.

Mudou se para uma área rual a leste do Tenessee pouco antes de a vitima, Carolyn Muncey ser encontrada morta no verao de 1985, House tinha sido visto a vaguear por uma estrada perto do local onde o corpo foi descoberto, e nao apresentou uma boa explicação para o que andava a fazer na noite do homicídio.

Hatred (or hate) is a word that describes the intense feelings of dislike. It can be used in a wide variety of contexts, from hatred of inanimate objects (e.g. vegetables, bicycles, tables, chairs, etc...) to hatred of other people, or even entire groups of people.

Philosophers have offered many influential definitions of hatred. Rene Descartes viewed hate as an awareness that something is bad, combined with an urge to withdraw from it. Baruch Spinoza defined hate as a type of pain that is due to an external cause. Aristotle viewed hate as a desire for the annihilation of an object that is incurable by time. Finally, David Hume believed that hate is an irreducible feeling that is not definable at all.

In psychology, Dr. Sigmund Freud defined hate as an ego state that wishes to destroy the source of its unhappiness.In a more contemporary definition, the Penguin Dictionary of Psychology defines hate as a "deep, enduring, intense emotion expressing animosity, anger, and hostility towards a person, group, or object".
Because hatred is believed to be long-lasting, many psychologists consider it to be more of an attitude or disposition than a (temporary) emotional state.

The neural correlates of hate have been investigated with an fMRI procedure. In this experiment, people had their brains scanned while viewing pictures of people they hated. The results showed increased activity in the medial frontal gyrus, right putamen, bilaterally in the premotor cortex, in the frontal pole, and bilaterally in the medial insula of the human brain. The researchers concluded that there is a distinct pattern of brain activity that occurs when people are experiencing hatred.
